Gloucestershire cruised to a seven wicket victory over South West rivals Somerset, to claim the bragging rights in the first Cider Derby of the season.

One wicket became two, became three, as Somerset struggled to settle, found scoring hard to come by, and lost wickets with alarming (and somewhat entertaining) regularity. Jordan Hermann, falling in the third over, and the huge wicket of Tom Abell with the last ball of the powerplay, saw Somerset slump 34/4.
